This easy-to-use tool takes you through a series of questions to help you assess if you may have contracted COVID-19. It then provides guidance based on your answers as to how and where to seek care.

Get a phone alert if you may have been exposed to COVID-19 (coronavirus), and let others know if you test positive without sharing any personal information.


If you suspect you may have COVID-19, please call Telehealth Ontario at 1-866-797-0000, or use the interactive assessment tool and follow the steps prescribed through the tool.

St. Pius Loaves & Fishes

West-end churches, including Windermere, support a centralized foodbank Loaves & Fishes in St. Pius X Roman Catholic Church, at 2305 Bloor Street West. It operates on Fridays, from 1 to 3 pm, please email to make an appointment:

Sharing Place

The Sharing Place is a local charity that has served the Bloor West and Junction communities for over twenty-five years. During COVID, we are open for food pickup Thursdays between 10 AM – 1PM Please come to the west side door.
